Vintage Stag Tallboy by John & Sylvia Reid (c.1960)

A beautiful mid-century tallboy designed by acclaimed husband-and-wife design team John & Sylvia Reid for Stag Furniture, crafted in England around 1960–61. This early model predates the Reids’ famous Fineline range and showcases the crisp, architectural styling that defined British modern design at the turn of the 1960s.

The tallboy features six drawers arranged in a balanced 2-over-4 format, each fitted with original solid brass half-moon handles — an iconic detail of the early Reid era.
